Description
This satin nickel square plate privacy round door knob is designed for interior doors where privacy is needed, such as bedrooms, bathrooms, offices, and other private rooms. The round knob with square plate design provides a clean, modern look, while the satin nickel finish coordinates well with many popular residential hardware finishes.
The privacy function allows the door to be locked from the inside without using a key. For safety and convenience, the exterior side includes emergency release access, allowing the lock to be opened from the outside when needed.
This knob fits standard 1-3/8″ and 1-3/4″ doors and includes an adjustable backset for either 2-3/8″ or 2-3/4″ door preparation. The reversible design works with both left-hand and right-hand doors, making it easy to install throughout the home.
Mounting screws, latches, and installation instructions are included for a straightforward installation. Matching entrance, passage, deadbolt, and dummy locksets are also available for a coordinated whole-home hardware look.
