The storeroom function is commonly used on restricted-access doors where the outside lever remains locked and entry requires a key. This makes it a practical choice for storage rooms, supply closets, maintenance rooms, mechanical rooms, and other areas where access should be limited.

A key benefit of this lever is its single action egress design. Even when the outside lever is locked, the door can still be opened from the inside by simply turning the interior lever. This allows for fast, convenient exit without needing to unlock the door first.

This lever lock is listed as an ANSI standard commercial grade lock and features all metal construction with a solid brass 6-pin tumbler cylinder. Available keying options include same keys alike, individual keys, and master key, making it useful for property managers, contractors, landlords, office spaces, and multi-door projects.

Latch options include 70mm 2-3/4″, 60mm 2-3/8″, or both latches, depending on the door preparation. This lock fits standard 1-3/8″ and 1-3/4″ doors with a standard 2-1/8″ bore hole. Each lock includes two keys, necessary mounting screws, and latches.
