4″ Satin Nickel Door Hinge with half square and half round (5/8″) radius corners.

These hinges are great for doors that may have a round radius on the door or jamb and a square radius on the other.  They can be reversed from the orientation pictured by removing the hinge pin and flipping.

It is new and includes required screws.

Standard exterior doors have either two or three hinges per door.
